Why am I getting the message “This exchange segment is not enabled for your account” even though my account is opened?
This happens because your equity/commodity accounts are not synced with the exchange. Once your account is opened, it takes up to 24 working hours for your accounts to get synced with the exchange.
The following message will be displayed.
If you try to activate the segment, the following error will be displayed.
Note: This message is generally displayed for new accounts that are opened on weekends.
