Can Zerodha support be reached from an unregistered number?
If a call is made from an unregistered number, the system will request the caller to enter the registered mobile number followed by the support code.
For example, if the unregistered number is 998XXX655, the registered number is 998XXX666, and the support code is 0007. When a call is made from an unregistered number, the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) will request the caller to enter the registered mobile number followed by the support code. In this case, the caller will have to enter 998XXX6660007.
