Does Zerodha call clients asking them to transfer money into their account or provide any personal/sensitive information?

No, none of us from Zerodha will ever call you asking you to transfer money into your trading account. If you do receive any such call, please do report to us immediately by creating a ticket below.

Only transfer funds through the payment gateway on Kite or to the bank accounts mentioned here via NEFT, RTGS, and IMPS.

Never provide sensitive account information like your client ID, password, support code, or personal details in response to an email or call, even if the person claims to be from Zerodha.

If you have provided such information or if you notice any website claiming to be Zerodha that isn’t zerodha.com, please report it to us immediately by raising a ticket below.
