I paid the Zerodha account opening charges twice, how do I get a refund?

If you have paid the charges relating to account opening multiple times, please raise a ticket below along with the payment proof screenshots. We will initiate a refund of the additional charges.

Once the refund is processed you will receive a confirmation email from Razorpay (our payment gateway partner), and the refund will be credited to your bank account within 5-7 working days. In case the refund isn't credited to your account even after 7 working days, you will have to contact your bank.
