Download the JPEG to PDF converter app from Play Store (WEB) and follow these steps:

1. Tap on File.
2. Select the files to be converted.
3. Tap on Done and then on Convert To PDF.

iOS

Download the Photo to PDF converter app from App Store (WEB) and follow these steps:

1. Open the app, select the images or take a picture with the camera and tap on Done.
2. Tap on Next and then on Done.
3. Choose the desired location and tap on Save.

Windows

1. Select the files to be converted to PDF.
2. Right-click on them and click on Print.
3. Enter the File name.
4. Select Save as type as PDF Document.
5. Click on Save.

MacOS

1. Open the image in the preview app.
2. Click on File.
3. Select Export as PDF.
