I'm getting an error on the Console withdrawal page when I login from the Kite app. How can I fix this?
If you're facing a connection error on Console (withdrawal page) when you've logged in through the Kite app, you will have to clear the app data from Kite.
You can follow the steps mentioned here:
- Go to Phone Settings
- Go to the Installed Apps
- Click on Kite
- You will see an option on Storage, click on it.
- Click on the Clear Data option.
- You can then re-login to Kite.
For iOS phones, you can re-install the app and check. You can also log in to console.zerodha.com and place a withdrawal request.
