Why is the eMandate registration pending for more than 5 working days?
An eMandate registration is completed within 5 working days in most cases. Sometimes Zerodha does not receive confirmation from the bank on the registration, and the mandate remains in a pending status on Console.
Since the confirmation has to be provided by the bank, Zerodha would be unable to provide a timeline for successful verification. Zerodha periodically follows up with the respective banks through its channels in such cases.
