Why is my e-Mandate pending registration for more than 5 working days?
An e-Mandate registration is completed within 2 to 5 working days in most cases. Sometimes we do not receive confirmation from your bank on the registration and the mandate remains in a pending status on Console.
Since the confirmation has to be provided by the bank, we would be unable to provide a timeline for successful verification. We periodically follow up with the respective banks through our channels in such cases.
