Why is the eMandate registration pending for more than 5 working days?

In most cases, an eMandate registration is completed within 5 working days. Sometimes, Zerodha does not receive confirmation from the bank on the registration, and the mandate remains in a pending status on Console.

Since the bank must provide the confirmation, Zerodha cannot provide a timeline for successful verification. However, Zerodha periodically follows up with the respective banks through its channels in such cases.
