Why does the Open, High, Low, Close (OHLC) of historical data on the Kite charts sometimes not match the records updated in NSE or BSE?

The OHLC historical data on Kite charts is adjusted during corporate actions like bonus, stock splits, and rights issue. OHLC data on the NSE or BSE website may not be subjected to the corporate action adjustment, and the exact price at which the stock was traded is updated. Hence, the historical data on Kite may not match the records updated in NSE or BSE. All the current and upcoming corporate actions can be tracked on this list (DOC).
