Why aren't the B and S shortcuts opening the order window?
The B (Buy) or S (Sell) shortcuts will not function or open the order window if a stock is not selected.
To use the shortcut keys, follow the steps below:
- Click on the up/down keys on the keyboard to select the stock. The selected stocks are highlighted.
- Type B (Buy) or S (Sell) in order to open the order window.
