How do I fill up the 3-in-1 POA form?
If you have printed the 3-in-1 POA (general POA) downloaded during the account opening process, your name; client id and bank account no. will be pre-filled. You just have to sign in the below-mentioned spots and send it to our head office.
If you are a joint holder of your account with IDFC First bank -
You and the joint holder(s) must sign on pages 2 to 5, in the respective boxes shown in the following image.
Along with this, you must sign on pages 2 to 5, in the 'First/Sole Holder or Guardian (in case of Minor) of demat account' box.
If your IDFC First bank account is not a joint account -
You must sign in the 'First/Sole Holder or Guardian (in case of Minor) of bank account' box and the ''First/Sole Holder or Guardian (in case of Minor) of demat account' box, on pages 2 to 5 of the POA form.
