No, you cannot open a One-Person Company (OPC) account with Zerodha.
As per Rule 3(6), Page No. 107 of the Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014, an OPC cannot carry out Non-Banking Financial Investment activities, including investment in securities. In line with these regulations, Zerodha does not allow the opening of OPC accounts.
