How to recover the Kite user ID?

To recover the Kite user ID, follow these steps:

1. Enter the phone number linked with the Zerodha account.
2. Enter the password.
3. Click on Login and the user ID will be displayed on the screen.

If a phone number is linked with multiple Zerodha accounts, it cannot be used to log in. In such cases, follow these steps to retrieve the user ID:

1. Click on Forgot user ID or password?
2. Click on I forgot my user ID.
3. Enter the PAN.
4. Select Receive on Email or SMS, enter the email ID or mobile number and the captcha.
5. Click on Reset.
6. Enter the OTP received on mobile or email.
7. Enter the new password and click on Continue.
