You will receive your Zerodha login credentials within 48 working hours after successfully completing your account opening process and document verification. If you have not received your login credentials after 2 days, here are the possible reasons:
- The account opening process is incomplete. Visit zerodha.com/open-account and complete the process.
- The supporting documents are rejected. You will receive an email explaining the specific rejection reasons.
Once the account opening process is completed and verified, an email with the user ID will be sent within 72 working hours.
