How to track complaints or tickets at Zerodha?
- Visit support.zerodha.com.
- Click on Track Tickets.
- Log in with the Zerodha credentials.
Click on the ticket that needs to be tracked.
To reopen a ticket, follow these steps:
- Click on the ticket that is to be reopened.
- Click on Reopen Ticket.
- Enter the response.
- Click on Reply.
Clients who do not have a Zerodha account can track complaints or tickets by checking their email. An email is sent from email@example.com with the ticket number. To reopen a ticket, reply to the email.
Did you know? Zerodha sends an email when a ticket is created and closed.
