How to attach files while responding to a ticket?

To attach files while responding to a ticket, follow these steps:

Responding to a support ticket through e-mail

  1. Open the support ticket email and click on Reply.
  2. Click on Attach files to attach the required files or paste the files in the body of the email.

Responding to support tickets through the support portal

  1. Click on Track tickets and log in using the Zerodha credentials
  2. Click on My tickets.
  3. Click on Choose files.
  4. Click on Reply.

We see that you have the following ticket(s) open:

If you have the same query, check and update the existing ticket here. In case of a new query, click on Continue.
