How to attach files while responding to a ticket?
To attach files while responding to a ticket, follow these steps:
Responding to a support ticket through e-mail
- Open the support ticket email and click on Reply.
- Click on Attach files to attach the required files or paste the files in the body of the email.
Responding to support tickets through the support portal
- Click on Track tickets and log in using the Zerodha credentials
- Click on My tickets.
- Click on Choose files.
- Click on Reply.
