How to attach screenshots or documents on tickets?
There are two ways to attach screenshots or documents when responding to support tickets:
1. Responding to a support ticket through e-mail
- Open the support ticket email and click on Reply .

Attach the screenshot or document by clicking on
Attach files
. Alternatively, you can also paste screenshots in the body of the email.
2. Responding to support ticket through the support portal
- Log in and click on My tickets .
- Select the relevant ticket and scroll down.

Choose files
and click on
Reply
