How to attach files larger than 5MB on a ticket?

Files larger than 5 MB cannot be directly attached to a ticket. However, they can be uploaded to any cloud storage and shared on the ticket. To upload files on Google Drive, follow these steps:

Android

  1. Open Google Drive.
  2. Tap on +.
  3. Tap on Upload.
  4. Select the file to be uploaded.
  5. Once the file is uploaded, tap on button.
  6. Tap on Manage access.
  7. Tap on Change.
  8. Tap on Restricted and change to Anyone with the link.
  9. Tap on Copy link icon and paste the link in the ticket.


Desktop

  1. Visit drive.google.com.
  2. Click on New.
  3. Click on File upload.
  4. Select the file and click on Open.
  5. Once the file is uploaded, click on ⋮ button.
  6. Click on Share.
  7. Click on Restricted and change to Anyone with the link.
  8. Click on Copy link and paste the link in the ticket.
