You cannot directly attach files larger than 5MB to a ticket. Instead, you need to upload your files to cloud storage and share the link on your ticket. You can use Google Drive to upload large files and generate shareable links. To upload files on Google Drive, follow these steps:
Android
- Open Google Drive.
- Tap on +.
- Tap on Upload.
- Select the file to be uploaded.
- Once the file is uploaded, tap on ⋮ button.
- Tap on Manage access.
- Tap on Change.
- Tap on Restricted and change to Anyone with the link.
- Tap on Copy link icon and paste the link in the ticket.
Desktop
- Visit drive.google.com.
- Click on New.
- Click on File upload.
- Select the file and click on Open.
- Once the file is uploaded, click on ⋮ button.
- Click on Share.
- Click on Restricted and change to Anyone with the link.
- Click on Copy link and paste the link in the ticket.
