How to create a ticket without logging in

Follow these steps to create a ticket:

  1. Search for the appropriate article on support.zerodha.com.
  2. Click on Create ticket button at the bottom.
  3. Select No from the drop-down menu for the question If you have a Zerodha account, we can help you more effectively. Would you like to log in?
  4. Enter your email ID.
  5. Enter your query details under Describe your issue in detail.
  6. Click on Choose file if you need to attach a file.
  7. Click on Create ticket.
  8. Enter the OTP you receive in your email and click on Verify.
