Is it possible to create a ticket after the Zerodha account has been closed?

Yes, a ticket can be created without logging in to the Zerodha account. To create a ticket, follow these steps:

  1. Search for the appropriate article on support.zerodha.com.
  2. Click on the Create ticket button at the bottom.
  3. Select No from the drop-down menu for the question If you have a Zerodha account, we can help you more effectively. Would you like to log in?
  4. Enter the email ID.
  5. Enter the query details under Describe your issue in detail.
  6. Click on Choose file if a file is to be attached.
  7. Click on Create Ticket.
  8. Enter the OTP received in the email and click on Verify.
