Why is the money added through netbanking on Kite not reflecting in the Zerodha account?

When you transfer funds via netbanking on Kite and they don't appear instantly in your Zerodha account, this means your transaction is either pending or has failed at your bank's end. As a result, Zerodha does not receive confirmation of a successful transfer from your bank. Your bank will update the transfer status only after completing its reconciliation process, which takes place on the next bank working day.

You will see one of these outcomes by 1 PM on the next bank working day:

  • Your funds will be credited to your Zerodha account, or
  • Your bank will refund the amount to your bank account

If neither occurs, create a ticket.
