Why can the Coin mandate registration not be completed?
If the browsers default pop-up blocker is enabled, the page for creating mandates may not load. To disable the popup blocker, follow these steps:
Chrome app Android
- Click on ⋮ (Context menu button).
- Click on Settings.
- Tap on Site settings.
- Tap on Pop-ups and redirects.
- Toggle the button to allow pop-ups.
Chrome web
- Click on ⋮ (Context menu button).
- Click on Settings.
- Click on Privacy and security.
- Click on Pop-ups and redirects.
- Click on Sites can send pop-ups and use redirects.
