How to check the mandate status on Coin?
The mandate status on Coin can be checked by clicking on
Mandates.
Once the mandate registration process is carried out, a
Processing
status is displayed, and as per the verification, the status will further be updated to
Failed
or
Successful
within 3 working days. If the mandate registration process is incomplete, the status will be updated to
Failed.
Failed mandates cannot be tracked on Coin as they are removed.
