Why is an "Invalid App Code" error displayed on Kite?

An Invalid App Code error will be displayed on Kite even if you enter the correct app code if the time on your device is not in sync.


To sync the time on your device, follow these steps:

On Windows

  1. Click on Settings.
  2. Click on Time & Language.
  3. Toggle the Set the time automatically button.
  4. Click on Sync now.


On Android

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Tap on Date & time.
  3. Tap on Network provided time.


On iOS

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Tap on General.
  3. Tap on Date & Time.
  4. Toggle the Set Automatically button.
