Why are my Kite alerts disabled?
Alerts on Kite may be disabled due to the following reasons:
- When the alert condition is met. For example: If you had set a condition for an alert when the LTP of SBIN crosses 449, and the condition is met, you will get notified and the alert is disabled.
- If the instrument for which you have set the alert gets delisted , suspended or there is a series change.
- If the stock for which the alert is set is undergoing a corporate action like a bonus issue, stock split etc. See Corporate actions.
- If the derivative contract has expired and the contract is no longer valid.
Note: An email notification is sent when your alert is disabled.
