Why am I not receiving SMS and email trade alerts from the exchanges?
This typically happens when the mobile number registered with Zerodha is incorrect. You can verify your mobile number on the
Personal
section of Console by visiting
console.zerodha.com/account.

If the number is correct and you still don’t receive trade alerts, you can verify the trades on exchange websites and also write to them requesting alerts for trades. The contact details for exchanges:
