Why am I not receiving the push notifications on the Kite web and mobile?

You won’t receive push notifications on Kite web and Kite app if the notifications are not enabled on your device. You will have to enable push notifications from settings.

If you are not receiving the notifications on the mobile application, you can follow these steps -

Go to device Settings > Installed application > Select Kite > Go to notification settings > Enable push notifications.

If you are not receiving notifications on Kite web, you can follow these steps -

Click on View site information just before the URL (lock symbol) > Notifications > Click on Allow.

Further, go-to device settings > System > Notifications > Turn on the notifications.

Once you enable the notifications, you will receive notifications on your device.
