This error appears when there are discrepancies in your PAN, Aadhaar, email, or mobile number records in the Central KYC (CKYC) database.
CKYC serves as the central repository for KYC information. All financial institutions under SEBI, RBI, IRDA, and PFRDA regulation upload their data to this database. When you complete your KYC process with any financial institution, you receive a CKYC number that Zerodha Capital requires during the sign-up process.
