What is Collateral(Equity) in the funds tab?

Collateral equity shows the margin you receive from pledging your stocks, ETFs, and mutual funds after haircut deductions.

You can use this margin for:

  • Equity intraday trading
  • Futures buying and selling
  • Options buying (equity, commodity and currency F&O)
  • Options writing (equity, commodity and currency F&O)
