Why is the page blank after opening a chart on Kite app?

This issue can occur if your Android System Webview is not updated. To update, follow the steps below:

  1. You can search for Android System WebView on Playstore and update it to the latest version.

2. Search for a default browser and make sure to update it to the latest version. In most cases, the default browser is Google Chrome.

For iOS, you will have to update the OS to the system which supports the latest browser updates. The browser can be updated only by upgrading the operating system.

If the above troubleshooting step does not work, clear Kite app data as described in How do I clear the Kite app data?
