Why does the chart not tick until I refresh the page on Kite web or Kite app?

The chart will not tick if the time on your system (pc/phone) is not synced with the time on the server.

You can follow the below steps to fix this:

Computer:

Step 1: Search for time settings and select "date & time settings".

Step 2: Select "Set the time automatically" and click sync now (if enabled to click).

After this, kindly refresh the chart page and check.

Phone:

Go to the settings on your phone, search “Date and Time” or “Time” and click on Network provided time.

If Kite is closed, the popout chart may not tick. Ensure to keep the page kite.zerodha.com/dashboard open when looking at the popout chart.

Make sure you are using the latest version of the browser. An Issue might occur on the older version of the browser.
