Why does the chart not tick until the page is refreshed on Kite app or Kite web?
The chart will not tick if the time on the device is not synced with the time on the server. To sync the time on the devices, follow these steps:
On Android
- Go to Settings.
- Tap on Date & time.
- Tap on Network provided time.
On iOS
- Go to Settings.
- Tap on General.
- Tap on Date & Time.
- Toggle the Set Automatically button.
On Windows
- Click on Settings.
- Click on Time & Language.
- Toggle the Set the time automatically button.
- Click on Sync now.
Ensure that the latest version of the browser is used. Older versions of the browser may face issues.
Did you know? The pop-out chart may not tick if the main kite page is closed.
