I'm getting an error on the Console withdrawal page when I login from the Kite app. How can I fix this?
To fix the connection error follow the steps below:
On Android
- Go to Phone Settings.
- Go to the Installed Apps.
- Tap on Kite.
- You will see an option on Storage & Cache, Tap on it.
- Tap on the Clear storage and Clear Cache.

You can then re-login to Kite.
On iOS
Reinstall Kite app.
If the issues persists, create a ticket . Alternatively, you can also log in to console.zerodha.com and place a withdrawal request.
