I'm getting an error on the Console withdrawal page when I login from the Kite app. How can I fix this?

To fix the connection error follow the steps below:

On Android

  1. Go to Phone Settings.
  2. Go to the Installed Apps.
  3. Tap on Kite.
  4. You will see an option on Storage & Cache, Tap on it.
  5. Tap on the Clear storage and Clear Cache.
  6. You can then re-login to Kite.


On iOS

Reinstall Kite app.

If the issues persists, create a ticket . Alternatively, you can also log in to console.zerodha.com and place a withdrawal request.
