How to fix the Console withdrawal page connection error on Kite app?

You can fix the connection error on Console withdrawal page by following these steps:

On Android

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Go to the Installed Apps.
  3. Tap on Kite.
  4. Tap on Storage & Cache.
  5. Tap on Clear storage.


On iOS

Reinstall Kite app. If the issues persist, please create a ticket. Alternatively, withdrawal requests can be placed by logging in to Console (WEB).
