Why are the saved views not visible on ChartIQ?
The saved views are not visible due to the following reasons:
- The preferences are not saved:
After adding the views, they must be saved by clicking on Save preferences; otherwise, the preferences will not be saved.
- The views are deleted from the account:
The methods to delete views are as follows:

Click on
Views
and then on the close button to delete individual views.

Clicking on
Clear
preferences
under
Layout
will remove all saved views, and preferences settings will be reset to default.
- The page may not have loaded correctly:
The saved views might not be visible as the page may not have loaded correctly. In such a case, do a hard refresh (CTRL+SHIFT+R) and re-check.
