Why are the saved views not visible on ChartIQ?

The saved views are not visible due to the following reasons:

  • The preferences are not saved:

After adding the views, they must be saved by clicking on Save preferences; otherwise, the preferences will not be saved.


  • The views are deleted from the account:

The methods to delete views are as follows:

    • Click on Views and then on the close button to delete individual views.


    • Clicking on Clear preferences under Layout will remove all saved views, and preferences settings will be reset to default.


  • The page may not have loaded correctly:

The saved views might not be visible as the page may not have loaded correctly. In such a case, do a hard refresh (CTRL+SHIFT+R) and re-check.
