Why am I unable to download/install Kite from the Google Play Store?
The following are the reasons why there are issues with downloading and installing Kite and ways to solve them:
| Reason | Solution |
| Slow internet | Connect to an alternate internet network |
| Issues with Play Store | Try closing and reopening the Play Store to try again. |
| Issues with the handset | Reboot your handset and try installing again. |
| Error with data cache | Clear the Play Store data from your phone settings, re-login, and try again. To clear the data, go to Settings> Applications > Play store> Storage & cache> Clear storage as shown below: |
