Why can’t the Kite app be downloaded or installed from the Google Play Store?
Kite may not be downloaded or installed from the Google Play Store due to the following reasons:

| Slow internet | Connect to an alternate internet network. |
| Issues with Play store | Close and reopen Play store. |
| Issues with the handset | Reboot the handset and try installing Kite again. |
| Error with data cache |
