How to reset the password or view the CDSL easi login name?
To reset the password, follow these steps:
- Visit web.cdslindia.com/myeasitoken/Home/ResetPassword
- Select user type as BO.
- Enter BO ID, CDSL Login Name, PAN or mobile number or email ID. To learn more about BO ID, see What are DP name, DP ID, BO ID and demat ID?

The new password will be sent to the registered email ID.
To view the CDSL Login Name:
- Visit web.cdslindia.com/myeasitoken/Home/ResetPassword
- Select user type as BO.

Click on search (🔍), and the username will be displayed.
