How to reset the password or view the login name for CDSL Easi?

You can reset your CDSL Easi password or retrieve your login name through CDSL's online recovery options. Both processes require verification through your registered mobile number and email address. To reset the CDSL Easi password, follow these steps:

1. Visit the CDSL forgot password page.
2. Enter the login name ¹ and PAN.
3. Click on Submit.
4. An email with a password reset link will be sent to the registered email ID.
5. Click on the link in the email.
6. Enter the OTP sent to the mobile number and the email ID.
7. Click on Submit.
8. Enter the new password.
9. Click on Submit.

¹ If the login name is unknown, follow these steps:

1. Visit the CDSL forgot username page.
2. Enter BO ID.
3. Enter the PAN.
4. Click on Submit.
5. Enter the OTP sent to the mobile number and email ID.
6. Click on Submit.
