Why are clients unable to log in to the AMC website to check their investments using the mobile number or email ID registered with Zerodha?
Since your investments are in DEMAT form, with CDSL, you will not be able to manage or track your portfolio on the AMC website. You'll have to do so using the Coin platform.
You can check your mutual fund investments on the CDSL DEMAT holding statements, which will be sent to you periodically and which you can download yourself using CDSLeasi .
