Can I place orders by calling Zerodha?
Yes, call 080 4718 1888, enter the Support code after choosing the appropriate IVR option and follow the instructions to place the order. The charges for every new order, modification or cancellation request is ₹50 + 18% GST. The call and trade timings are from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM for equity and for commodities it is from 9:00 AM to 11.30 PM (March to Nov) and till 11.55 PM (Nov to March).
If calling from an unregistered number, enter the phone number followed by the Support code. For example, if the phone number is 9XXXXXXXXX and the Support code is 0007, enter 9XXXXXXXXX0007 to reach the support desk.
