Why am I not receiving emails from Zerodha?

You may not receive emails from Zerodha due to several reasons. Check the following to identify and resolve the issue:

  • If you have utilised 99% of your inbox storage, delete emails or files from Google Drive to create space for new messages.
  • Your email domain may block emails from external IDs such as Zerodha. This commonly happens when you register office email IDs with Zerodha. You can update your email ID with Zerodha to resolve this issue.
  • Check if Zerodha emails were archived automatically, deleted by mistake, marked as spam or junk, or moved to specific folders.
  • Verify if you have set up email forwarding to another email address, which may redirect Zerodha emails elsewhere.
  • If most emails are missing, check if someone with unauthorised access to your account is deleting them.
  • Confirm if you have already read the emails on third-party email clients like Microsoft Outlook or Apple Mail, which may mark them as read across all devices.
  • When emails fail to deliver to your inbox repeatedly, Zerodha blocks the email ID for 30 days to preserve IP reputation. During this period, you will not receive any emails from Zerodha.
