Why am I not receiving SMS and email trade alerts from the exchanges?

You will not receive SMS and email trade alerts from the exchanges when your contact details registered with Zerodha are incorrect. You can update your contact details with Zerodha through online or offline process.

If your contact details are correct and you still do not receive trade alerts, you can write to the exchanges requesting alerts for your trades.The contact details for the exchanges are as follows:

Did you know? You may not receive trade alerts if your mobile number is on DND (Do Not Disturb). The trades can be verified on the exchange websites.
