How to fill the E-Net form (CBX) to update your PIS account balance in Kite?

You need to submit the HDFC E-Net form (CBX) (PDF) to view your PIS account balance and update the available funds in Kite. This enables you to purchase shares on the following day. HDFC issues this form, and Zerodha forwards it to HDFC to process and map your PIS account with Zerodha.

Ensure all your details match HDFC Bank's records, including your name (as per your bank account) and signature (as per bank records).

To fill and submit the HDFC E-net form, follow these steps:

  1. Fill in the date of application and place.

  2. Enter your PIS account number, account holder name, and branch name of your PIS account.

  3. Fill in your name and signature exactly as they appear in HDFC Bank's records. HDFC Bank will reject your form if these details don't match their records.

  4. After you've completed the form, submit it to Zerodha by creating a ticket and include your registered email with Zerodha and your user ID. Zerodha will verify the information and forward your completed form to HDFC Bank. The bank will then approve your CBX form within 3-5 working days after it is received.
