How to fill the E-Net form (CBX) to update your PIS account balance in Kite?

You need to submit the HDFC E-Net form (CBX) (PDF) to view your PIS account balance and update the available funds in Kite. This enables you to purchase shares on the following day. HDFC Bank issues this form, and Zerodha forwards it to HDFC to process and map your PIS account with Zerodha.

Ensure all your details match HDFC Bank's records exactly, including your name (as per your bank account) and signature (as per bank records). HDFC Bank will reject your form if these details don't match.

To fill and submit the HDFC E-net form, follow these steps:

  1. Fill in the date of application and place.

  2. Fill in your PIS account number, account holder name, and branch name.

  3. Fill in your name and signature exactly as they appear in HDFC Bank's records.

  4. Create a ticket with Zerodha and submit your completed form. Include:
    • Your registered email with Zerodha
    • Your user ID

Zerodha will verify your information and forward your completed form to HDFC Bank. HDFC Bank will approve your CBX form within 3-5 working days after receiving it.
