Once the units are transferred to the AMC’s demat account, the redemption proceeds are credited to the primary bank account registered with Zerodha.

Did you know? Only fractional units are considered for redemption when they are transferred to AMC’s demat account and the remaining whole units are sent back to the holder’s demat account. If a holder transfers 2.588 units for redemption, only 0.588 is used for redemption, and 2 units are returned to the holder's demat account.
