Why was my buy GTT order rejected?

Your Good Till Triggered (GTT) order can be rejected for the following reason:

Insufficient cash margins

You can create a GTT order even if you do not maintain sufficient funds in your account. However, you need funds when the GTT is triggered. Your GTT order is rejected if you do not maintain sufficient funds in your account during GTT execution.

Why is there an error in creating a GTT order?

Your GTT order will not be created if you do not enter the trigger conditions correctly. An error is displayed in the following cases while creating GTT:

If the stock price is greater than ₹50, your GTT trigger should be 0.25% away from the current market price of the shares.

If the share price is less than ₹50, your GTT trigger should be at least 9 paise away from the current market price.
