You may face this error on Kite if you have -  
  • Been using the NOW platform to trade with Zerodha and your migration process to Kite is under process.
  • Recently opened your Zerodha account. 
  • Not completed your Re-KYC or it is under process.
You can raise a ticket below if you're still facing the error after 48 working hours of opening your account, completing your Re-KYC, or raising a request to migrate from NOW to Kite.
