Your CDSL TPIN authorisations are valid for a single day, and you can use the same TPIN to authorise your holdings.
Starting from 7:00 AM, the system will record all your authorisations for trades executed on the same day until 5:00 PM. You must provide new authorisation every trading day after 7:00 AM if you plan to sell your holdings.
After 5:00 PM, you can place After Market Orders (AMO) for the following day by pre-authorising your holdings at the time of order placement. For these AMO orders, you do not need to provide holdings authorisation again the next day unless you modify the order.
Any CDSL TPIN authorisations you make outside the specified timeframe (after 5:00 PM and before 7:00 AM, excluding AMO) will not be recorded, and your orders will be rejected.
