Can Zerodha arrange for the pickup of my account opening documents?
As a measure towards the safety of our employees from the Coronavirus, we have temporarily discontinued form pick-ups.All our offices will remain closed until the COVID-19 crisis is under control. Any physical documents sent to us via couriers or in-person, will not be received or processed until our offices are opened back up.
Yes, you may arrange for a pickup of all the documents relating to the process of account opening.
You need to start by entering your details on " Open an account ” page and follow the onscreen instructions. You will be given the option to open your account using " Aadhaar" or select “Doorstep pickup”
Alternatively, you can arrange for a pickup by contacting your Sales Manager or by calling us at 080 47192020 / 080 71175337 . Please note that pickup is subject to availability.
We, as an entity, try our best to avoid using bulk amounts of paper for application forms and strive to reduce usage of paper by promoting forms to be signed electronically, by using the Aadhaar eSign process online.
