I'm getting a connection error when I click on the manage account tab on the Kite app. How can I fix this?
If you're facing a connection error when you click on the manage account tab on the Kite app, you will have to clear the app data from the Kite app.
Please follow the steps mentioned below to solve this issue:
- Go to Phone Settings
- Go to the Installed Apps
- Click on Kite
- You will see an option on Storage, click on it.
- Click on the Clear Data option.
- You can then re-login to Kite.
You will have to re-install the app and log in to Kite again.
Alternatively, you can also log in to console.zerodha.com , click on the Account tab and view your detailed profile information.
