Why is the page blank after opening a chart on Kite app?

The chart page may appear blank if your browser-related components are outdated.

For Android devices

Update the Android System WebView and your default browser:

  1. Search for Android System WebView on Play Store and update it to the latest version.
  2. Search for your default browser (usually Google Chrome) and update it to the latest version.

For iOS devices

You need to update your operating system to ensure compatibility with the latest browser updates. Updating the operating system is the only way to update the browser on iOS devices.

If the issue persists

If these troubleshooting steps do not resolve the issue:

  1. Clear your Kite app data.
  2. Create a ticket if the problem continues.
