Why are the shares acquired from ESOP not visible under holdings on Kite?

Your ESOP (Employee Stock Options) shares may not appear under holdings on Kite due to the lock-in period imposed on them. During this period, you cannot sell or transfer these shares.

Your ESOP shares remain in your demat account even though they don't appear on Kite. You can verify and reconcile these holdings by checking your demat holding statement (Statement of Transaction), where the shares will be listed.
