How to fix connection error when opening manage account tab on Kite app?

You can fix the connection error when opening the manage account tab on the Kite app by clearing the app data on Android or reinstalling the app on iOS.

Clear app data on Android

  1. Open your device settings.
  2. Go to the Installed Apps.
  3. Tap on Kite.
  4. Tap on Storage.
  5. Tap on the Clear Data option.
  6. Re-login to Kite.

For iOS

You need to reinstall the Kite app and log in again to resolve the connection error on iOS devices.
