Online process
- Visit account.zerodha.com/account.
- Click on Login and log in to Kite.
- Click on Complete Rekyc.
- Select the segments you want to activate and click on Continue.
- Update your contact details if required and click on Continue.
- Update your profile details, including your annual income, and click on Continue.
- Click on Update Address and then on Continue.
- Click on Continue and enter your Aadhar number.
- Enter captcha and click on Next.
- Enter the OTP and click on Continue.
- Enter your 6-digit security PIN and click on Continue.
- Update your bank account if required and click on Continue.
- Complete the FATCA declaration and click on Continue.
- Upload income proof to trade in F&O (optional).
- Complete the In-Person Verification (IPV).
- Click on Sign now and complete E-sign by entering your Aadhar and OTP.
- Enter the OTP and click on verify OTP.
Offline process
If your Aadhaar is not linked to your mobile number or if you have a joint account and have not updated the correct details, you need to fill out the account modification and KYC form (PDF) and send it along with a self-attested copy of the following:
- PAN card.
- Driving License, Voter ID, Passport or Aadhaar card as address proof. If an Aadhaar is being submitted as proof, ensure that a masked Aadhaar is submitted.

Things to keep in mind
- An account modification charge of ₹25 + 18% GST is applicable for updating the details. The changes will be updated within 72 working hours.

The name on the Aadhaar must match the name in the digital signature (e-sign). If they differ, the
e-signed forms
will be rejected.
