You can voluntarily freeze or block your Zerodha trading account immediately if you notice any suspicious activity.
- Send an email from the registered email ID with the relevant details to [email protected].
- Create a ticket and submit the relevant details.
- Call 080 4680 1166 from the registered mobile number.
You can find the specific details you need to submit by checking the Voluntary Freezing/Blocking of the online trading account policy. Once you provide the relevant information and your trading account is blocked, you will not be able to log in to Kite.
To unblock the Zerodha account, create a ticket. After your account is unblocked, you must update your KYC details.
